Noida flat possession - hidden charges are killing me!

Just got possession of my flat in Sector 75, and the hidden charges, bhai! Seriously, nobody told me about these. PLC toh expected tha, but EDC/IDC was a shock. And the maintenance deposit? Almost a lakh! Did anyone else face this with their builder? I'm hearing mixed reviews about different builders in Noida. Some say they had a smooth experience with ATS, while others had nightmares with Supertech. Honestly not sure what to believe. Also, what about post-possession maintenance? Heard some societies charge crazy amounts. Is it worth fighting these charges? Koi idea hai? Hope someone has some tips.
