Visited Pearls Gateway Towers last month, show flat looked great, but I'm worried about the real picture. Fed up of renting, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se, so finally taking the plunge. My biggest concern is actual construction quality. Brochure mein sab top-notch dikhta hai, but post-possession kya sach mein cracks, seepage, ya fitting issues aate hain? Especially after 1-2 saal. Aur power backup ka kya scene hai? Full flat backup milta hai ya bas common areas? Kya maintenance charges ke hisaab se service milti hai? Bahut confusion hai. Any actual resident experiences in Pearls Gateway Towers?
