Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. I'm looking at a 2BHK in Sector 150, Noida, from Buildvision Group's County project. How do you guys actually check RERA compliance beyond just the website? Like, what red flags should I look for? And agar builder delay karta hai, RERA mein kya real options hain? Penalty milti hai ya bas paperwork? Any advice on verifying their legal track record?
