I think Gaurs is also relatively decent. A bit overpriced maybe, but their projects seem well-maintained.
Has anyone considered investing in commercial property in Noida? Is it a good time, with all these new office spaces coming up?
Commercial is risky right now with so many vacancies. Residential is still a safer bet in my opinion.

Don't just look at the builder's name. Go and visit the actual site. Talk to residents. That's the best way to get a real picture.

Reliable? In Noida? That's a good joke! Everyone has their problems. Just choose the lesser evil.
Ace is new-ish. Not enough track record to really trust them fully. But their marketing is aggressive, that's for sure.
Guys, forget builders for a second. The real problem is the registry delays! Noida Authority is so slow.

Last I heard, it's delayed by another 6 months. But that was a month ago. You should check the RERA website for the latest updates.
Godrej is good, but their initial booking amount is crazy! U3, maintenance charges are high everywhere these days yaar. You can't escape it.

I bought a flat in ATS Greens Village 5 years ago. No major issues so far. Construction quality is solid. But parking is a mess.
Agree with U1. Supertech is a chindi builder. They cut corners everywhere. My friend's flat in Emerald Court is falling apart.
