Stumbled upon this video comparing cost of living across Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon. It highlighted Noida for having some of the 'cheapest homes' and being a 'best city for rentals'. I'm definitely looking at Noida from an investment angle, hoping for solid future appreciation and rental yield. The points on public transport and affordable utilities sound good too. But honestly, do you guys think current Noida pricing still offers strong long-term ROI compared to Delhi or Gurgaon?
