Noida is like a Bollywood movie – full of drama and suspense! But if you pick the right project, you might just get a happy ending.
Anyone tracking the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) plots? Might be a good alternative to buying a flat.
Noida Extension (Greater Noida West) is still the most affordable option, right? Or am I missing something?
Yes, but be prepared for traffic and dust. Infrastructure is still developing there.
Rates are already rising! I saw a 10% increase in Sector 143 in the last six months. This boom is real.
I think it's a good time to invest if you have a long-term perspective. Noida has a lot of potential, but patience is key.
So, what's the consensus? Is Noida a safe bet or a risky gamble? I'm still on the fence.
Be careful – this builder has 3 delayed projects in Greater Noida West. Do your due diligence!
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Too many unreliable builders. But the potential is definitely there.
Sector 75 ka avg rate kya chal raha hai? Planning to invest there.
Last I checked, around 6500-7000 per sqft. Negotiate hard!
Check amenities completion before booking. I made that mistake. Paid for a swimming pool that doesn't exist!
IT companies are shifting to Noida? Source? I work in Gurgaon, and I haven't heard anything concrete.
U14, HCL and Samsung have big offices here. Plus, a lot of smaller companies are moving to Noida Expressway.
Yeah, DLF Cyberhub is coming up near Jewar Airport. That's going to be huge!
Possession status kya hai for projects near Jewar? Anyone has updates?
Most are still under construction. Don't expect anything before 2027-28.
U17, exactly! These builders make tall claims, but ground reality is different.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. Booked a flat in Sector 78. Possession is still pending. RERA mein complaint daalni padi.
RERA registration number check karo before investing, folks. It's a must! And don't just trust the builder's brochure.
Which builder are you guys talking about? Name and shame! We need to protect each other from these fraud companies.
I bought in Sector 137 three years ago. Metro connectivity is excellent. Rental income is pretty good too. But property taxes are a pain!
Sector 137 is nice. Calm and relatively green. Which society are you in?
U11, how much rental yield are you getting? Asking for a friend...
2026? Bhai, I've been hearing this 'Noida is the next big thing' since 2010! But yeah, Jewar airport is a game changer. Let's see if the builders actually deliver this time.
Totally agree yaar! Gurgaon is saturated and Delhi is just...Delhi. Noida mein space toh hai, and the prices are still relatively reasonable. But builder reputation is key.
Seedhi baat is right! But which sector are we talking about? Sector 150 is already pricey. Is it worth investing now or wait for a correction?
Sector 150 is overhyped IMO. Look at Pari Chowk and beyond. Much better deals there. Plus, less crowded.
Pari Chowk ki connectivity is still an issue though. Metro ka extension kab hoga?
U5, they're saying by end of 2025. But you know how these things go...always delayed!
U6, true that! Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. I'm losing hope!
