Noida > Gurgaon? Real Estate Game Changer?

Saw this interesting video about Noida potentially overtaking Gurgaon in real estate. What's everyone's take on this? Is Noida's infrastructure really that much better now? Thinking of investing, but not sure if it's the right time. Any thoughts?
