Noida haunted flats?! Anyone seen this video?

Okay, so I saw this crazy video about a supposedly haunted flat in Noida. Anyone else seen it? It's that one with Alpha Akki. I'm not usually into this stuff, but now I'm kinda curious... Anyone know if there are actual rumors about haunted buildings in Noida? What's your take on this kind of stuff?
