Noida High Rental Yield: Infra development se kya badla?
Property values around the High Rental Yield corridor have seen some wild changes lately, in my opinion. I just got possession of my 2BHK in Sector 78 three months back, it's kinda close to the High Rental Yield zone. I've been observing ki kaise new roads aur metro extensions ne poora scene badal diya hai around here. Connectivity toh mast ho gayi hai. But I'm wondering, which specific pockets within that High Rental Yield belt have actually seen the biggest price jump due to all this infra? Like, Sector 137 versus say, closer to the expressway, maybe Sector 150 or even some parts of Sector 107? My flat ka value, not sure if it's really reflecting the new metro line yet. Kya lagta hai aap logon ko, is it worth holding for another couple of years expecting more appreciation? Yaar, should I expect rental yields to climb further in these specific sectors because of the infra? What's the community's take on this?
