Noida High Rental Yield: What's the real catch?
After years of selling, I'm finally looking for my own investment flat in Noida. I'm eyeing the 'High Rental Yield' corridor, around sectors like 74. I work in real estate, so I know what builders don't tell you, but buying for myself is different. Honestly, those 5-6% projected yields feel too good. Are people *really* getting that after factoring in maintenance, property taxes, and those inevitable vacant periods? What are the *actual* hidden risks or unexpected costs you've faced here? Is there a catch with the promised ROI?
