posted on 19 AprNoida Hikes Land Acquisition Rate to ₹4,300 for New Noida
📢 Noida land rates hiked! What does it mean for you? So, Noida Authority ne land acquisition rates badha diye hain for New Noida, matching YEIDA now at ₹4,300 per square meter. Basically, land acquisition *fast* ho jayega for the Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR). This is actually good news because *agar* land jaldi milega, toh projects bhi jaldi start honge. Hopefully, this means more investment opportunities and maybe even better property rates in the future. What do you guys think? Does this change your outlook on investing in the Noida real estate market?

Let's hope this actually speeds things up. I'm tired of hearing promises and seeing no action.
Okay, so what's the next step? Should we be looking at specific projects or waiting to see how this plays out? Any recommendations?
Land rates are up, steel prices are up, cement prices are up... everything is up! How are first-time buyers supposed to afford anything?
Anyone know what the current circle rates are in Sector 78? Planning to sell my flat.
I'm more interested in the infrastructure development in New Noida. Better roads, connectivity, and public transport are crucial.
So, overall, is this good or bad for existing property owners in Noida? Should we expect prices to go up?
I think this is a good move overall. It shows the government is serious about developing the region. Increased land rates might deter some smaller, less credible builders.
Sector 150 ka average rate kya chal raha hai aajkal? Anyone have recent data?
Be careful about investing in projects near the Yamuna Expressway. There are often issues with land ownership and approvals. Do your due diligence!
This might be a good opportunity for long-term investors. But for quick returns, maybe not so much.
₹4300 seems reasonable considering YEIDA rates. Hopefully, this will bring more organized development and not just haphazard construction like we see in some parts of Greater Noida.
I'm an NRI looking to invest. Is now a good time to buy property in Noida? I'm worried about the rising interest rates.
Tough to say. Interest rates are definitely a concern. But Noida real estate has good potential for long-term appreciation. Do your research and compare with other investment options.
Which sectors are expected to benefit the most from this? Any insights?
Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya! Another 6 months! I'm losing my mind. Anyone else facing this issue with Supertech?
Same here! Booked a flat in 2018, still no sign of possession. I'm considering legal action.
Supertech? Bhai, that's a known problem. They're notorious for delays. File a complaint with RERA.
I bought a plot in Sector 151 three years ago. Still waiting for possession. Will this affect existing projects too?
I doubt it will *directly* affect existing projects. This is for *new* acquisitions. But overall, better infrastructure in the area will indirectly benefit everyone.
New Noida? Where exactly is New Noida even? Is that near Jewar Airport?
Yes, it's part of the Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR). Basically, the area between Noida and Jewar Airport.
Guys, check the RERA registration number before investing anywhere. Don't just go by the builder's promises. I learnt it the hard way.
Mera experience toh bahut kharab raha hai with real estate in Noida. The delays are insane! I'm hesitant to invest again.
₹4,300? That's quite a jump! I hope it actually translates to faster project completion and not just higher prices for us buyers. Dekhte hain. Is this applicable to all sectors of New Noida?
Good news? Maybe. But I'm still skeptical. Builders will just use this as an excuse to increase prices even further. They'll say 'land costing zyada hai'. We'll see very little benefit, I bet.
Exactly! Bhai, they are already charging a premium for everything. This will just make it worse. This 'development' always comes at our expense.
True. But faster land acquisition *should* mean projects get approved faster, right? Less delays? That's the hope, at least.
