Noida home loan approval: Anyone else struggling?

Been trying to get my home loan approved for two months now, and it's driving me crazy. Har bank ki alag requirement, it's like they don't even want to lend money. I'm looking at a 2BHK in Sector 84, possibly from Villa Vegas Builders Pvt Ltd, but the loan process is becoming the biggest headache. Initially, Axis Bank ne bola tha sab smooth hoga, but ab new documents mang rahe hain. My parents keep saying patience rakho, but EMI kab se shuru hogi, uski tension hai. Kis bank ne aapko best rate aur smooth experience diya? Koi hidden charges toh nahi the? Honestly, I had no idea it would be this complicated. Any advice on negotiating interest rates or speeding things up?
