Okay I'll be honest — Noida real estate research is way more intense than I thought. First-time buyer, 2BHK, budget around ₹80-90 lakhs. Parents say metro connectivity is key, but with Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway, I'm confused. Which areas give best returns? I'm checking Sector 137, Noida Extension, even Godrej Properties. Infra developments like Aqua Line extensions and DMIC are big, but where will they impact property values most? Is Sector 150 still a good long-term bet, or should I consider Sector 78?
