Noida infra projects: Is the current premium justified?

Sector 78 — currently in a 2BHK here, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. My budget is around ₹1.5Cr. Jewar Airport ka buzz toh bahut hai, aur FNG Expressway bhi. Builders like Godrej and ATS are already active in Sector 150 and 137. Log bolte hain wahan prices will jump big time. But is the current premium really worth it? Already have a home loan, so EMI ka tension hai. Are there still affordable investment windows near these infra projects, ya sab speculation hai? Sector 150 mein abhi entry point sahi hai, ya late ho gaye?
