Which specific Noida Extension areas are actually benefiting from Jewar Airport and FNG? I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different, you know how builders can talk. I'm looking at a 3BHK around ₹1.5 Cr in Sector 152 or Noida Extension. Honestly, not sure if these infra projects like the airport or the FNG Expressway have already pushed prices up too much for a good entry point. Are there any pockets left where the appreciation isn't fully baked in yet? Or is it all just speculation now? What's the community's take on this? Should I wait, or is this the last good investment window?

Yaar, mujhe toh lagta hai investment window kab ki band ho chuki hai. Jab se Jewar airport ka buzz shuru hua hai, har builder ne rates itne badha diye hain ki budget buyers ka sochna bhi mushkil ho gaya hai. Main bhi 1.5 Cr ke budget mein 3BHK dekh raha tha Sector 152 mein, but jo rates dikha rahe hain, lagta hai overvalued hai. Kahin yeh sab speculation mein hi na phas jaayein. Kya sach mein abhi bhi koi scope hai ya sirf FOMO hai?
