₹80 lakh for a 2BHK in Sector 150 feels like a lot, but my landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Fed up of renting. Everyone's talking about Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway. Are prices around Sector 150 or even 118 already maxed out because of this? Or is there still appreciation potential? Should I look further out for better ROI? What does the community think about properties near these new infra corridors?

Yaar, ₹80 lakh for a 2BHK in Sector 150 sounds insane to me. I'm also fed up of renting but this price point for a first home feels like a trap. Are we sure this Jewar Airport hype isn't just inflating prices artificially? What if the appreciation potential is already exhausted?
Totally agree with U1! ₹80L for a 2BHK is a bomb. Lagta hai builders ne pehle hi sab price in kar liya hai.
