U11, check the builder's reputation. That's the most important thing! RERA registration number bhi check karna.
Mera toh experience bahut kharab raha hai. Builder ne phir se possession date extend kar diya! I invested in 2018 and still waiting... Noida mein yahi problem hai.

I bought a 2BHK in Sector 150 three years ago, hoping for this kind of appreciation. Rate was 4500/sqft then. Abhi kya rate chal raha hai koi batao? I'm thinking of selling.
