Noida investment: 3C Company or Noida Extension?

Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida. Confused between 3C Company projects and properties in Noida Extension. What do you think is better for long-term ROI? I'm also confused about whether to go for under-construction or ready-to-move. Kya aap logon ko pata hai which one has more potential for appreciation right now? Has anyone experienced delays with 3C Company projects? Mujhe advice chahiye on which area in Noida Extension is showing good growth. Is it worth investing in a plot there? What's your take on the current market conditions - buyer's or seller's market? Any suggestions?
