Okay, I'll say what no one says: everyone's obsessed with ready-to-move, but under-construction gives better ROI, right? Change my mind. I'm looking at Aarambh Infratech in Yamuna Expressway Sector-22D. Wife wants a good society, safe for the kids, need 3BHK at least. But is it worth the risk of delayed possession? Has anyone experienced their projects? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their construction quality? Also, Noida vs Greater Noida - where does my money grow faster, yaar? Mujhe advice chahiye. Not sure if the Jewar airport hype is real or just marketing. What do you think? Is it a trap?

Yamuna Expressway is good for investment if you are looking for long term gains. But for living? Noida is still better.
So, what did you decide? Did you go ahead with Aarambh?
Totally agree yaar, under-construction is a gamble. But if you do your research, it can pay off big time. Just be prepared for delays.
Sector 22D is a good bet if you have patience. But Aarambh... I'd be very careful. Their track record is not the best.
Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. This is the story of every under-construction project in Noida.
Current market conditions are not great for buyers. Interest rates are high and prices are rising. Think carefully before investing.
Check the builder's financial health before investing. Many projects get stuck because the builder runs out of money.
RERA website pe complaint history bhi dekh lo. That will give you a good idea of their customer service.
3BHK chahiye toh budget kya hai? Sector 150 mein dekh lo, good societies, safe for kids, but expensive.
I invested in a plot near Jewar 5 years ago. Abhi tak toh kuch nahi hua. Holding on to it, hoping for the best. Patience is key, I guess.
Don't just look at ROI. Think about your family's needs. Is the location convenient for work and school? Amenities kaise hain?
Jewar airport hype is real, but the timeline is always uncertain. They keep pushing back the dates. Don't bet everything on it.
Construction quality toh bahut important hai. Check online reviews and visit the site yourself. Talk to other buyers.
Jewar airport is definitely not just marketing, but it's also not going to magically transform everything overnight. It's a long-term play.
Aarambh Infratech... RERA registration number check karo. And also, visit their other projects if possible. See the quality for yourself.
My cousin booked a flat with them 4 years ago. Still waiting for possession! Avoid, bhai.
U9, exactly which project was it? Name and sector please!
Possession mila kya?
Noida vs Greater Noida depends on your budget and risk appetite. Noida is more established, but Greater Noida has more potential for growth. But Greater Noida also has more...challenges.
Under construction definitely has better potential, but Aarambh? Bhai, I've heard mixed reviews. Sector 22D is promising though, with the airport coming up. Risk toh hai, but reward bhi ho sakta hai.
Sahi baat hai U1. Ready-to-move is safe, but the price is already high. Under construction gives you time to plan your finances too. But Aarambh... I'd research their past projects thoroughly.
ROI ke liye toh Greater Noida West (Noida Extension) is still better, I think. Sector 22D is too far out, even with Jewar. What's the price per sqft they're quoting?
U3, Noida Extension is saturated now, isn't it? Prices have already jumped a lot. 22D still has room to grow, especially if the airport takes off.
U3, Noida Extension is a mess. Infrastructure is still lacking in many sectors. At least 22D is planned.
