Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida real estate. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about Adarsh Group? How's their construction quality and delivery timelines? I'm also considering Chaukhandi for investment. Is it a good area for future appreciation? I'm looking for long-term gains, not just quick flips. What's the expected appreciation rate in Chaukhandi over the next 5 years? Also, what are the current market conditions like? Buyer's market or seller's market? Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one is better for ROI – Adarsh Group projects or investing in land in Chaukhandi? Has anyone experienced construction delays with Adarsh? What do you think?
