U12, please share your project name in Sector 90. Trying to decide between a few options myself.
Diversify your investments. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Noida is good, but explore other options too.
Do your due diligence on the land title as well. Noida mein issues hote rehte hain.
Also consider the maintenance charges in Sector 90 projects. They can be quite high.
Any other sectors in Noida that offer similar potential to Sector 90?
Sector 150 is another good option. More green space and premium projects.
