Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida real estate. What do you think about the current market conditions? Buyer's market hai kya? I've been considering Ajay Enterprises Pvt Ltd, but I'm not sure about their projects. Has anyone experienced any issues with them? Which builder would you recommend for high ROI?
