Noida investment: Alpha Corp or Sarfabad area better?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida real estate. What do you think about the year-on-year growth? Has anyone experienced good returns in Sarfabad? Or should I look at Alpha Corp projects? Which one is better for long-term appreciation? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the risks involved? Mujhe advice chahiye! Is it a buyer's or seller's market right now? Not sure where to invest. Any suggestions?
