₹1.8 crore for a decent 3BHK near a good school—Noida mein prices are insane! My wife's priority is Sector 49 ke paas, safe for the children, good connectivity. Everyone glorifies ready-to-move, but nobody talks about the sky-high OC charges and initial costs. Networth Realty is tempting with their under-construction project but RERA horror stories darati hain. Noida vs Greater Noida? Is the extra space worth the commute? Change my mind.
