Noida investment: Amrapali Crystal Homes or Satyam Paradise?
I'm based in Dubai. Satyam Paradise is cheaper, but Amrapali Crystal Homes looks posh. Carpet area kitna hai? Which has better rental potential, considering I need a property manager?

Plus, Satyam Paradise ka RERA nahi hai, which is fine since it's completed pre-RERA, but Amrapali ka RERA status is critical for any new booking.

Carpet area for Satyam Paradise should be around 500-600 sqft for that price range, but confirm from builder. Amrapali ka toh RERA bhi check karna padega, bahut builders ka registration cancel ho chuka hai.
Confirmed, Satyam Paradise ka carpet area is 550 sqft for 1BHK. Builder ne site visit ke time bataya tha. For 30L, it's a good deal for a ready-to-move small unit.
