Noida investment: Amrapali vs Supertech, risky or not?

I'm based in Dubai and looking at investing in Noida, but confused about builders. Has anyone had experience with Amrapali or Supertech projects? I'm worried about construction delays, especially given their past. Also, what about hidden charges at possession? PLC and all that. Can't do a site inspection myself easily, so rely on community feedback. Are they RERA compliant now? Should I just look at other builders? Need honest opinions!
