Noida investment: Are amenities really worth it?

Honestly, I'm second-guessing my DM Infra investment a bit. Just got possession in March. The clubhouse looks good, but is it actually used? Or will it be a ghost facility long-term, just adding to maintenance? Also, the green areas feel a bit cramped. Does good security really attract premium tenants or is it just a basic expectation now?

Totally agree with your point on DM Infra, yaar! I'm also looking at projects in Alpha II and the amenity trap is real. Builders show fancy clubhouses and green spaces in brochures but in reality, they're either under-utilized or poorly maintained. It just adds to the monthly maintenance burden for nothing.
