Noida investment: Arihant Group or Sector 1?

Hi guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida real estate. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about Arihant Group projects? Are they worth it? I'm also considering Sector 1. Which one is better for long-term appreciation? I'm looking for good rental yield potential too. Has anyone experienced delays with Arihant Group? I've heard mixed reviews. What's the current market condition in Sector 1? Is it a good time to buy, ya wait karna chahiye? Mujhe advice chahiye on whether to go for under-construction or ready-to-move property.
