Noida investment: Bamatech or elsewhere?

Hi everyone, I'm planning to invest in Noida. What do you think about current market conditions? Is it a good time to buy? I'm considering Bamatech Realtors & Developers. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their projects near Sector 97? What's your experience with them? Also, what are the expected returns in the short term vs long term? Mujhe advice chahiye!
