Noida Investment: Bamatech or other builders?

I'm thinking about investing in Noida, but not sure where to start. What do you think about current market conditions? Is it really a good time to buy now, or should I wait? I'm looking at areas like Naya Gaon (New Gaon). Has anyone invested there? What's the expected appreciation in the next few years? Also, what's your experience with Bamatech Realtors & Developers? Are they reliable? Which builder offers better value for money in Noida these days? What are the major risks to watch out for? Any advice would be great! Thanks!
