Noida investment: Brickland vs. market trends?

I'm thinking of investing in Noida. What's your take on the current market? Is it really a good time to buy, ya phir wait karna chahiye? I've been looking at Brickland Projects Pvt Ltd in Sector 100. Has anyone here invested with them? Kya aap logon ko pata hai their year-on-year growth? I'm trying to understand the expected returns and appreciation. Long term mein kitna ROI mil sakta hai? Is it better to go for under-construction or ready-to-move properties? Mujhe advice chahiye! What do you think? Any suggestions?
