Okay I'll be honest — I'm based in Dubai and finding it impossible to get clear answers on Noida properties. Looking at Laxmi Height and Omson Nature Valley Villa Apartment for investment. Laxmi Height ka possession status 'null' dikha raha hai, and Omson is ongoing. Is it too risky for an NRI to invest in under-construction projects if I can't do site visits? Rental potential kisme better hoga? Aur builder ka trust factor kaise check karein remotely? Need honest opinions, especially regarding registry smoothness and property management for rental.

Iska matlab hai ki ya toh project stalled hai, ya RERA mein registration complete nahi hai, ya kuch aur gadbad hai. Under-construction NRI ke liye waise bhi risky hota hai, especially jab site visit nahi kar sakte. Omson Nature Valley ka ongoing hai, thoda better lag raha but still, builder ka background check karna bahut zaroori hai. Remote se trust factor check karna mushkil hai, I totally get that feeling.
