Noida investment: Earthcon vs. Sector 19 - What do you think?

I'm thinking of investing in Noida. What's everyone's take on Earthcon Universal Infratech Pvt Ltd projects? Dekhne mein toh achhe lagte hain, but real experience kaisa hai? Also, Sector 19 mein property rates are rising, right? Is it still a good time to buy there, yaa wait karna chahiye? Mujhe advice chahiye on whether rental yield potential is good in that area? Any suggestions?
