Noida investment from afar: quality concerns

Investors, aap log ka kya experience hai with construction quality, especially after a year or so? Cracks, seepage, fittings ke issues kitne common hain? My main concern is long-term maintenance costs impacting ROI. Also, promised amenities, especially security systems and green areas, are they actually good? Matlab, CCTV coverage, visitor management, guards – are they effective, ya bas naam ke liye? Green spaces maintenance kaisi hai, just for show ya genuinely usable? Does this actually translate to better tenant attraction and resale value in the long run? Can't do a site inspection myself, so relying on your honest feedback. Bhai, Jaypee ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Imperial Court ka toh pata nahi, but in general, Jaypee ke projects mein construction quality ke issues kaafi common hain. Especially after a few years, seepage aur cracks ki complaints aati rehti hain. Invest karne se pehle bahut research karna padega aapko.
