Noida investment: Galaxy Group or other options?

Hey guys, I'm considering investing in Noida. What do you think about the year-on-year growth trends? Is now a good time to buy, considering current market conditions? I've been looking at Galaxy Group projects. Has anyone had experience with them? What kind of rental yield can I expect in Sector 29? Which one is better for investment: under-construction or ready-to-move properties? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!
