Noida investment: Gulshan Homz or other areas?

Hi all, I'm looking to invest in Noida. What do you think about the current market conditions? Is it a good time to buy now, or should I wait? I'm considering Gulshan Homz. Has anyone invested there? What's your experience? Also, which area do you think has better potential, Sector 49 or somewhere else? Mujhe advice chahiye! What are the risks I should consider? Thanks!
