Hi everyone, I'm looking to invest in Noida real estate, maybe Sector 25. What do you think about Hark Infratech Developers Pvt Ltd? Has anyone invested with them before? What's your experience been? I'm also wondering about the rental yield potential in that area. Is it worth investing now, or should I wait for a better time? Kya aap logon ko pata hai current market conditions kaise hain? Is it a buyer's market or a seller's market? Mujhe advice chahiye about under-construction vs ready-to-move properties. Which one is better for long-term appreciation?
