Noida investment: Hark Infratech vs others?

I'm looking to invest in Noida, maybe Sector 52. Has anyone invested with Hark Infratech Developers Pvt Ltd? What's your experience? Also, what about expected returns? Are they promising good appreciation in the short term? Or is it better to look at long-term gains? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about current market conditions in Noida? Mujhe advice chahiye!
