Noida investment: Have we missed the best time?

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city. Sector 150 mein 3BHK dekh raha hoon, budget ₹1.2 Cr tak. Jewar Airport ka hype toh hai, prices badh rahe hain. Par, 2026-27 tak kya Noida mein investment worth it hai? Kahin peak toh nahi ho gaya? Aap logon ka kya view hai?
