Hey everyone, I'm looking at investing in Noida. What do you think about the year-on-year growth trends? Is it still a good time to buy considering the current market conditions? I'm considering Hawelia Group in Sector 2. Has anyone invested with them? What's your experience been? Also, what are the expected returns and appreciation like in that area?
