Noida investment: Hawelia Group or other options?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida. I've been looking at properties in Sector 143. What do you think about the current market conditions? Is it a good time to buy, or should I wait? I'm also considering Hawelia Group projects. Has anyone here invested with them before? What's your experience been like? Mujhe advice chahiye on expected returns. Kya short-term gains possible hain? Also, what are the risks I should be aware of? Not sure if I should go for under-construction or ready-to-move. Which one is better for ROI? Any suggestions? What's your take?
