Noida investment: How to verify RERA and title remotely?
Honestly not sure how people manage this remotely. I'm based in Dubai and trying to invest in a 2BHK in Noida, maybe around Sector 150 or even Ajnara City. My main worry is legal due diligence without being there. I'm looking at a few projects, including SVS Homes, but how do you *really* check their RERA registration status beyond just the number? Is it enough, or are there red flags to look for in the RERA portal itself? Also, what about title verification? Can't visit easily, so I'm thinking of relying on a lawyer. What are the absolute critical steps they shouldn't miss? I hear stories about encumbrance certificates and builder legal track records affecting exit options later. Need some ground truth, yaar. What's actually effective for remote investors?
