Been looking at Sector 30 for a while now. Office is nearby, so convenience wise sahi hai. But are the prices justified? Thinking 2BHK. Victory Infra projects have some good options. Rent vs buy is confusing me. EMI seems killer. Any advice? Is it a good time to buy?
