Noida investment: JSS BUILDCON vs. others?

Guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida. What's the expected ROI in Sector 32? Is it a buyer's market right now? Also, how is JSS BUILDCON PVT LTD as a builder compared to others? Kya kisi ne JSS BUILDCON se property li hai? Mujhe advice chahiye. What do you think?
