Noida Investment: Krishna Vatika or other options?

Hey everyone, I'm considering investing in Noida, specifically looking at Sector 46. I've heard good things about Krishna Vatika Society, but I'm also wondering about other builders. What's your experience with them? Which one would you recommend for long-term appreciation? Also, what's the rental yield potential like in Sector 46? Is it worth investing now, or should I wait for a better time? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about any upcoming infrastructure projects that might impact property values? Mujhe advice chahiye!
