Noida investment: Krishna Vatika or Sector 88?

Thinking of investing in Noida. What do you think about Krishna Vatika Society? Is it a good builder? Or should I consider investing in Sector 88 instead? Which one is better for long-term appreciation? Kya return achha milega? Any experiences or advice? Mujhe guidance chahiye. Thanks!
