Noida investment: Metropark or other options?

What do you think about investing in Metropark projects in Noida? Sector 32 mein property rates are high, but is the ROI worth it? Kya kisi ne recently invest kiya hai? I'm also considering other builders. Which one would you recommend for long-term appreciation? Mujhe advice chahiye please!
