I'm looking to invest in Noida, specifically thinking about rental yield. What do you think about investing in Sector 138? Is it a good location for rental income? Also, I've been considering properties by MMR Group. Has anyone here invested with them before? What's your experience been like? I'm also wondering about the long-term appreciation potential in that area. Is it better to invest in ready-to-move or under-construction properties right now?
