My budget is around ₹70-80L. For this range, should I push for a compact 3BHK in Noida Extension ya stick to a well-located 2BHK near Pari Chowk? Matlab, future appreciation kiska better hoga with all the upcoming infra? I'm thinking about the Jewar Airport and Aqua Line impact. Will 2BHKs near these new infra developments see better rental yield, ya 3BHKs for families? Builders like ATS or Gaurs ke projects mein, what's the ground reality for these configurations?
