₹85 lakh for a 2BHK at Pearls Gateway Towers – is this actually the going rate now? I'm looking at it for investment, but honestly, site visit pe construction quality kaise judge karein? Kya dekhein floor finish, plumbing lines mein? Also, power backup ka kya scene hai? Full flat backup ya bas common areas? Noida mein water supply ka bhi issue suna hai, kitna dependable hai wahan? Long-term mein tenant attraction aur resale value pe in sab ka kitna impact padta hai? Your experiences would really help.

Bhai, ₹85 lakh for a 2BHK at Pearls Gateway Towers? Are you sure about that price? Last I checked, us area mein toh itne mein kuch milta hi nahi hai, especially for a completed project. Kahi builder ka old price list toh nahi dekh rahe ho?
